At the age of 8 I was introduced to the BASIC programming language on a Commodore 64. I wrote a few programs that moved things across the screen. As a teen I had an Amiga 600 I wrote a couple shareware games for. I got my Computer Science degree from Wheaton College in 2002. Since then I have mostly freelanced web development and custom programming. My languages of expertise are the Linux stack. PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST API’s (creating and interacting) image manipulation (both with local software such as Photoshop and Fireworks as well as with the PHP GD library).
